Will this help or hurt from a biomechanics viewpoint? ...

It allows your arm, shoulder, and hand to relax, kick back, and let your wrist and fingers do the work. Wait a sec. Isn’t that a bad thing? Not necessarily. It allows you to properly navigate sites, play only flight simulators games, and Photoshop beautifully, I’m sure. It is really nice mouse, tested and works especially nice being in conjunction with ERGOCLICK
